Reservation and Deposit Policy
Individual Reservations:
- Reservations may be made by calling us at (610) 442-7500.
- A $50.00 non-refundable deposit, per person, is required when making reservations.
- Deposits can be paid by cash, check or credit card. Checks should be made payable to: Keystone Skydive Center, and mailed to P.O. Box 256, Creamery, PA 19430.
- The deposit is applied towards the individual's total cost of the skydive. The balance for the skydive is due on the day of the scheduled jump.
- It is recommended that reservations be made at least 7 days or more in advance.
- We take people with deposits over walk-ins. We limit our schedule to ensure a skydive, weather permitting, for each person having made a $50 deposit.
- Walk-ins are welcomed.
Group Reservations:
- There should be a group organizer for scheduling groups of 2 or more. The group organizer should have each individual in the group make their own deposits rather than fronting the deposit. If any group member does not show, that deposit is non-refundable.
- Group organizers are responsible for making sure that everyone in the group is aware of our weather rescheduling policy and that the deposit is non-refundable.
- The deposit is applied towards the individual's total cost of the skydive. The balance for the skydive is due on the day of the scheduled jump.
Rescheduling by individual or group:
- Rescheduling, for personal reasons, must be made at least 7 days in advance. We will honor all deposits up to this 7 days notice.
- Rescheduling with less than 7 days notice will incur a $50 per person rescheduling fee.
- Rescheduling may be made up to 1 year from the date the deposit was initially made.
Rescheduling by the skydiving center:
- Rescheduling may be made by us due to weather or other reasons. If we have to reschedule you, at no fault of your own, your $50 deposit is carried forward to your new schedule date up to 1 year.
- Please take note that the above individual rescheduling policy applies from your new scheduled date.
Weather:
- On the day of your jump, if the weather lookes questionalble, please call us at 610-442-7500 before you leave your home to ask if the weather is jumpable for a Tandem Skydive. We wish to avoid having you drive out to us if the weather will not permit the skydive.
- Please do not judge the weather at your location, the weather at our center could be completely different. Remember, weather forecasting is not perfect, so please be patient.
